Description

LASER Láser Laser with DLAS DS 015S diodes, 1500 W. Consists of a generator, cooler and laser head. Used in filler material applications for the repair of parts with high added value. The energy generated by the laser beam melts the filler material, which may be metal thread or powder; the material is deposited on the surface of the piece in layers until the damaged area is rebuilt.
POWDER FEEDER SULZER METCO Feeder. Enables control of the flow and speed of the metal powder filler, in order to repair damaged parts. The feeder also pre-heats the metal powder before entering the nozzle.
COAXIAL NOZZLE Boquilla A powder injector nozzle is required for injecting the metal powder into the focus of the laser beam. The nozzle consists of two coaxial cones in which the filler powder circulates with the carrier gas. The powder is injected coaxially in the laser beam, which spreads the material over the area in all directions, without the need to modify the supply device.
X-RAY DIFFRACTOMETER Difractómetro de rayos X BRUKER, model D8 ADVANCE, fitted with a Cr tube. Enables the study of the structure of crystalline materials and is especially useful for measuring residual surface stress in crystalline material. It includes a parallel beam Polycap to provide x-rays of greater intensity and also enables rough surface samples to be measured.
